L’Oréal’s Inclusive Sourcing programme forms part of the company’s social impact work and demonstrates its commitment to providing access to employment for individuals from economically or socially vulnerable communities.
Since 2010, the programme has engaged suppliers with a socially responsible and inclusive approach. By the end of 2024, more than 106,000 people had benefited from access to employment through L’Oréal’s global Inclusive Sourcing programme.
In Germany, L’Oréal partners with WORKA, a sheltered workshop, to subcontract co-packing and manage product returns. This collaboration facilitates the professional integration of approximately 100 individuals with disabilities, particularly those with mental or psychological conditions, supporting them through meaningful employment opportunities.
In France, Albéa, a key packaging supplier for L’Oréal, demonstrates its commitment to Inclusive Sourcing by providing over 120 local full-time annual jobs in a vulnerable rural area.
